Story as told By Refinery 29 Gina Marinelli, Kristian Laliberte
When it comes to shopping, guys usually get the short end of the stick. Hello, who couldn’t use a Forever 21 just for men, some masculine merch in the Soho Barneys, or the male version of Agent Provocateur (well, maybe not the last one)? Luckily, NYC isn’t exactly lacking on the boy-themed brick-and-mortars for every type of style. Whether you know foreign designers by name, appreciate custom tailoring, or don’t really care but just want to look dope, we have navigated and listed the coolest men’s shops that this city has to offer. The BKc, Ping Pong Challenge . . .

The BKc, Ping Pong Challenge . . .

The BKc, Ping Pong Challenge: The invite says “Tournament” because we have set games scheduled for your enjoyment, but the reality is it’s a Ping Pong Challenge. The Challenge is to see how many people we can comfortably fit into the store with enough space to play some serious Ping Pong. Therefore, if you are planning to attend, you “MUST RSVP”, we will then confirm your attendance once we receive your email to RSVP@THEBKCIRCUS.COM. This is a first come, first serve event, since we are providing the beverages and we want the players to enjoy the environment. Marlon King has made it his responsibility to show up daily with his practice kit (3 star balls, rackets & more) to destroy some our local contenders. Some have made him sweat, while others were laughed off the table. However, we are confident that this Friday our readers (yes you!) will step up to the plate and put a smile on our towel sponsor’s face. Enough said, we hope to see you this Friday with paddle or beverage donation in hand to witness an exciting and fun BKc Friday night event. Colin The Circus Trainer will be on hand to fully capture the event, so look the part. Remember: RSVP@THEBKCIRCUS.COM. The BKc, Style + Character & The 100 Year Plan . . .
