The BKc SF, Making History: The Brooklyn Circus San Francisco 3 Year Anniversary Celebration was a beautiful example of why we work so hard everyday, to see the unity of all cultures come together to enjoy life! Day one started with of course all the set up necessary to entertain the large crowd we usually draw for the festivities. Which meant out late the night before for a final round of promotions, some great food at Farmer Brown in downtown SF and off to bed for a little over 3 hours of rest, good enough. We all met back at the shop to roll out the red carpet, move some furniture, set up the lounge outside the shop and of course our favorite part, set up the DJ booth.
By noon the street and the shop were filled with well wishers eager to secure an SF Anniversary t-shirt pack ( includes 3 special releases), toast with us for another great year and without a doubt party till the city issued permit says STOP. This time of the year is always a special time as we join the Fillmore Jazz Festival to throw what has become the Biggest block party in the bay.
