The BKc, Bobby From Boston In Brooklyn. Our good friend, mentor and the king of vintage, Bobby Garnett owner and curator of Bobby from Boston was in town and came by The BKc NYc to pay us a visit. Along for the ride was his long time friend & BKc friend Oliver Harkness from Quality Mending Company and Bobby’s assistant/road manager Soteru. They chatted with The Bearded Man at the corner office about the usual of course, vintage and more vintage! As you can see from the pictures, hanging out with Bobby is always a trip down memory lane, filled with laughter, stories and a love of hunting that transcends age. Today Bobby still gets the same thrill of finding a special piece as he did 30+ years ago when he first started. It’s always a pleasure to be in the presence of such great & lasting talent. Coupled with Oliver who also has 25+ years of vintage experience, you understand the joy on The Bearded Man’s face. Yep! The BKc, Style + Character & The 100 Year Plan . . .
