Poglia & Co. Handcrafted Hawkbill Knife
No two Poglia knives are the same. Each blade is hand-drawn and forged from repurposed steel, and cut mostly from reclaimed disk plows; this is our signature. The blades aren't stainless, so they will age, giving them more character. The handles are made with ancient materials such as wood, horn and bone and are finished with solid brass. Every scratch or abrasion is a memory that enriches the product and gives it a distinct, timeless edge. This adds beauty and style to the quality of the blade. Poglia knives are handled by eight hands, from the initial design in NY to the final polish in our workshop.
