Stylist To The World Marcus Paul

A fashion world vet and an authority on luxury menswear, Marcus Paul is an in-demand image and creative consultant to some of the biggest names in music, sports, and art. The likes of Pusha T, Desiigner, J. Balvin, Lebron James, Jay-Z, Zara Larsson, Danielle Herrington, CC Sabathia have called upon Paul and his exacting taste for red carpet dressing, fashion editorials, public appearances, and personal dressing needs.

Paul also specializes in tour wardrobe — from ideation to conception —collaborating with Jay-Z and designer Dries Van Noten on customized brooches for the European leg of the rapper’s “Watch The Throne” tour. In turn, Paul worked with Pusha T and designer Craig Green to devise the G.O.O.D. Music president’s Daytona Tour and Coachella (2019) custom tour uniform.

Paul’s expertise also extends to bespoke tailoring. In close collaboration with Dior men’s Paris atelier (under the direction of Kim Jones), Paul advised on the making of Pusha T’s wedding tuxedo, wardrobe for the rapper’s Paris fashion week appearance, and editorial spread in Vogue Magazine.

Regularly collaborating with venerated brands, Paul has also outsourced his previous experience in the luxury retail space, working on international product development and releases with his clients. Among such collaborations include basketball star Lebron James and Pusha T’s Tour merchandise with designer Marcelo Burlon, and developing custom sweatshirts with NYC Brand XXBC for Storm Copenhagen’s 20th Anniversary.

Style is informed by a moment in time, and context is captured by presentation.

The Brooklyn Circus/BKc is a menswear brand that finds inspiration in the pages of history books. Everything we make has a story, from the construction of our varsity jackets to the looms where our denim is woven, and we take these elements into consideration when we cultivate our brand. We are here to tell the story of style throughout American history and to emphasize the power of presentation. We want to change the way Americans dress, one iconic silhouette at a time through the 100-Year Plan. Welcome to the circus.
