Still – A 60-Day Photographic Journey.
What are you most afraid of right now? Was that different three months ago?
My biggest fear right now is not being able to provide for my family, things are changing so fast that it is easy to get scattered and confused. Compared to three months ago, mentally I had a schedule and a role that was established. I’ve always enjoyed drawing, it has become a form of meditation that helps me think. Graphic design has more structure and an overall goal, something I struggled with with fine art where at times I think ideas become very abstract.
How were you introduced to The Brooklyn Circus?
I was Introduced to The Brooklyn Circus through a presentation I did in college over PF Flyers, loved the esthetic- Its a traditional look but with a cutting edge that is very unique.
Who are you creatively inspired by these days or in general?
I get inspired by what surrounds me, music being my biggest influence. I also dig through a lot of ephemera design, finding way to breakdown down how previous designers worked into bite sizes that I can transfer to my work.
What’s the happiest moment of your life?
Happiest moment being able to visit my grandparents for the first time in 10 years. They are a big part of my childhood, seeing my grandpa carve sculptures out of stone when I was young it sparked my creativity.
